The Supporting Document Packages section in an Entity profile holds various additional documents and custom questions the Natural Person has submitted as part of their verification process.
*NOTE: this does not include Identity Documents
It stores the information about when the document or custom questions were submitted, the Document Package Name, if it is attached to any other entity profiles, whom it is assigned to, and the current status and any pending issues.
If you expand a Supporting Document Package you can view, comment, download, and add/delete the documents and questions within the package.
If a Supporting Document Package has any Issues it is important to manually review and update the status of the documents.
Users can add or update the information using the +Add Document Package button, or request an update from the client by pressing Request Client Update.
