Your current Risk Screening Profile settings might be the reason why risk screening is not available for certain entities in the system.
Solution
**Please note you must be a full admin user to update the Risk Screening Profile Settings

Go to the Administration tab: Navigate to the Administration tab in the system, click Compliance Settings and Risk Screening tab

Check the selected Risk Screening Profile: Look for the Risk Screening Profile that is currently selected. Click on it to open its settings.

Turn off all toggles in the Step 2 Configure Search Criteria screen: In the settings for the selected Risk Screening Profile, locate the Configure Search Criteria screen. Make sure that all of the toggles on this screen are switched off. This will allow you to run a risk screening on all entities without any restrictions.
