When users search on a subject they may find a list of potential Matches. Matches are groups of Listings that are all known to be the same Entity. Clicking on any Match will show all of the Listings related to a Match.
Users can flag each Match as either Accepted, Rejected, or Unknown. For example, if a Match is determined to be a false positive - the user could Reject the match and remove all the related Listings of potential risk in one click.
If the potential match is verified to be the subject of your search, choose Accepted. If it is verified to be an individual other than the subject of your search, it should be Rejected. If you are unable to verify who this subject is, and cannot determine whether it should be Accepted or Rejected, it can be flagged as Unknown.
For your Accepted and Unknown Matches, you can quickly adjudicate the risk of each of the Potential Listings. Setting the status of a listing to Potential, Accepted, Unknown, will enable this data to be generated in the Case Report of the KYC Report.
Flagging a Potential Match as Accepted, Rejected or Unknown indicates that due diligence was performed on the AML search result. These flagged results will be moved onto their appropriate tabs and removed from Potential Matches.
Additionally, you can click on any row to open the Match Details page.
