Portal Management

The Portal Management section under Administration enables the iComply Admin to configure each of their portals to match their compliance requirements.

To access the Portal Management tab click Administration on the top right corner followed by selecting Portal Management on the left sidebar.

Within the Portal Management section, you can view a list of all the existing portals. In this case, there are four portals and with all four of these portals you can see the overview of each; Default Portal, Date Created, Custom Name of the portal, Type of the portal, your URL, portal Tags, and the Status.

Each portal contains various tabs that allow you to configure its settings, such as General, Domains, Modules, Restrictions, Identity Verification, Styling, and Technical.

To ensure that any changes made to the portal settings are not lost, remember to click on the green Save button after making any modifications. Alternatively, if you want to undo any changes that you have made, you can click on the Revert button to restore the portal settings to their previous state.

General Tab

The General Tab allows you to configure the settings of the portal, such as its Name, Portal Enabled, Domain Pathname, Default, Tags, and Type.

Below is an overview of the meaning behind each setting found in the General Tab:

Name - This is the name of the portal.

Portal Enabled - This setting allows you to enable or disable the portal. If the portal is disabled, clients will not be able to access it.

Domain Pathname - This setting allows you to set the domain for your clients to access the portal.

Default - This setting allows you to configure the portal as the default one in use. This means that users will be directed to the default portal.

Tags - This setting allows you to configure custom Tags. These tags enable each portal to be easily identified when used. This means that when a user completes a KYC process on a particular portal, the tag associated with that portal will be displayed as the source of the user's KYC data in the Entities section.

Type - This setting allows you to configure the portals to either Natural Person or Legal Entity.

Domains

Under the Domains tab, you can add and remove domains that your organization will use for the portal. You can also use the Autogenerated domain pathname and set custom Tags for each.

Modules

Under the Modules tab, you can fully customize each page/portion of the portal with custom names and fields. Each module also has the option to be Enabled or Disabled.

*Note - All Enabled modules will be displayed to your clients in the portal.

Restrictions

On the Restrictions tab, you can choose to Accept, Reject or Capture the user's information, and set the Minimum Age (Default is 16) for each jurisdiction.

Identity Verification

Under the Identity Verification section of the Portal Management, you can configure each portal to either automatically submit identity documents for verification or require them to be submitted manually.

Styling

The Styling tab is where you can set up your company's branding (Color schemes, Font, and Company Logo) to be reflected on the portal.

Technical

The Technical tab, allows you to configure the actions that the portal should take following a successful or failed portal completion. This includes the ability to direct the client to a specific URL for each scenario. In addition to the Redirect URLs, there is the option for a Callback URL (Advanced setup only) allowing iComply and your organization to take appropriate action, such as storing the client's data or sending a confirmation email after portal completion.
