Obtaining Additional Information from Clients

Sometimes you may need updated information from clients. You can handle this directly from within the platform using a variety of features that fit your use case best.

If you find for whatever reason that you are missing client information it's simple to request it if you also have an entity portal integrated into your dashboard. Simply follow the steps outlined in the Request Client Update documentation to request whatever items you may need. This feature will send an updated portal submission request to the client via the email address on file listed in the upper grid of the Entity page. You can request personal information, identity documents, biometric authentication via selfie upload or liveness testing, and configure automated settings

For users who don't have an entity portal connected or utilize other processes to obtain client information, it is also possible to directly upload entity information to the entity dashboard. Instructions for each section can be found in the subpages within the Natural Person page.
