Natural Person KYC Profile

Entities can be described as either Natural Persons (people) or Legal Entities (companies, organizations, anything that's not a person).

From the main dashboard, selecting the Entities option will provide the user with an overview of all entities in the platform.

  1.  Selected Natural Person - This area provides a quick overview of the selected Natural Person and includes the details of the Natural Person name, the Nationality of the Natural Person, Next KYC Review - When the Natural Person is to be rescreened and Request Personal Report - Generates a downloadable report containing the Entity's data.

2. Assigned User - This field is used to assign users to the Entity profile and shows the current assignees.

3. Status - Used to choose or modify the present status of the Entity.

4. Risk Score - Displays the Risk Score that was determined by the Risk Scoring rules configured within the Administration --> Compliance Settings --> Risk Scoring

5. Risk Level - Used to assign The Risk Level to the Entity. Can be manual or automated based on the Risk Scoring Rule.

6. Add Comment - Used to add a timestamped comment about the Entity that will be displayed in comment history.

7. KYC Issues / AML Issues:

  •  KYC Issues - the number of currently unresolved KYC Issues related to this Entity.
  •  AML Issues - the number of currently unresolved AML Issues related to this Entity.

8. Entity Information & History - The Entity Information is displayed from what was entered into iComply and the History portion displays the historical records of any changes or updates done to the entity

9. Sub-screens:

  •  Entity Information - General information of the Entity.
  •  Identity Documents - Identity Documents submitted for KYC verification.
  •  Biometric Authentication - Face Matching / Liveness results.
  •  Documents - Additional documents submitted during the onboarding process.
  •  Risk Screening - Risk Screening results associated with the Entity.
  •  Affiliations - Displays any Legal Entities a particular Natural Person is affiliated with. This is done in the Affiliated Entities section of the Legal Entity entry.
  •  Comments - Internal Comments left by team members regarding the Entity.
