The Identity Documents dashboard contains all identity documents submitted by the Natural Person.
Identity documents appear after a client has completed verification through the KYC portal, added through the 'Request Client Update' function, or can be manually added by a platform user.
When expanded, users will see the details related to the Identity Document.
In this view, users can review several elements including:
- Any ongoing open Issues linked to the KYC Subject's submission
- The Details section comprises information extracted from the ID and can be modified by clicking the blue icon
- The Identity Document Image
- A Checklist that includes the results of the ID security checks (Template Match, Authentication, Face Match, and Data Match)
- Source Type and Details
- Status of the Identity Document; which can be manually Rejected or Accepted.
If biometrics are enabled, the system will display a comparison photo showing the biometric face match against the photo provided on the submitted document. The system uses three face-match statuses:
- Fail if the face match fails.
- Pass if the face match is successful.
- Unavailable if the biometric option is not enabled but an ID is added to the profile.
