1.  On the Home page, there is a summary of "Assigned to me" and "Unassigned" cases. What do these numbers represent?

The numbers on the Home page represent cases in the system. Unassigned cases are not being actively managed by anyone on the team. It's crucial to assign all cases to someone to ensure that any new alerts are promptly monitored and acted upon.

 

2. Can iComply automate reporting?

Reporting can not be automated at the moment.

 

3. Do we provide product training to new team members?

We do not provide full training to new team members if you are an existing client. You may purchase our training program to train your new team or have an iComply training refresh.  

 

4. Are we able to manually import contact information?

Yes, you can import existing contact information from the CSV file upload in the dashboard.
