Complete all steps to finish your setup process.

  • Tell us a few details about your company so we can tailor your onboarding experienceto your needs.

  • Add the teammates who will help with setup, testing, and approvals (Admin/Compliance owner, IT/Technical contact, and any stakeholders who need notifications or reports).

  • Book a call with your Customer Success Lead (CSL) to align on scope, timeline, integrations, default settings, and success criteria for your pilot/PoC or go-live.

  • Read this  short guide on roles, permissions, and organization settings so your team has secure access and knows where to manage notifications and updates.

  • Look over our recommended defaults for monitoring frequency, alert thresholds, screening profiles, notification recipients, and escalation paths. Note any changes you want.

  • Share your acceptance criteria so we all know what “ready” means (alerts configured and tested, sample data processed, users trained, reporting approved). This keeps the project on track and measurable.

  • Review your account setup with your Customer Success Lead and access your account.
