The Comments section holds all comments submitted on a given KYC Subject. Some appear automatically due to updates to a Case or Entity and others users can add themselves.
To add a comment, users can click the ‘Add Comment’ button and a pop up will appear.
Users can reply to, edit, and delete their comments. All comments are timestamped based on when they were created. Comments will appear newest first and users can access older comments by clicking the back arrow.
