There are several methods to manually add a natural person entity to the platform. Typically, your natural person entries will originate from the portals you have set up. However, if you need to manually add a natural person to the platform, you can do so either by uploading an ID of the customer or through manual entry.
Method #1: Adding a Natural Person by Uploading an ID
To add a new user by uploading an ID to the platform follow these steps:
- Navigate to the iComplyKYC tab on the top. On the side panel, click Entities.
2. Click + Add Natural Person
3. Next, you have the option to add a Natural Person by uploading an ID or by manual entry - click Upload ID
4. Select the ID Type and drag the ID document into the dotted green line area.
5. Click Next.
6. Confirm or edit the extracted information and fill in the customer's email address.
7. (Optional) Turn on any KYC Services during this step. This will send an email to the customers requesting the selected services.
8. Click Submit.
9. The newly added entry will now appear at the top of the entity table.
Method #2: Adding a Natural Person by Manual Entry
To add a new user by Manual Entry follow these steps:
- Navigate to the iComplyKYC tab on the top. On the side panel, click Entities.
2. Click + Add Natural Person
3. Next, you have the option to add a Natural Person by uploading an ID or by manual entry - click Manual Entry
4. Fill in the KYC Information of the customer.
5 . (Optional) To add multiple natural person entries at once, click + Add Additional Person.
6. (Optional) Turn on any KYC Services during this step. This will send an email to the customers requesting the selected services.
7. Click Submit.
8. The newly added entry will now appear at the top of the entity table.
