Our platform captures geolocation and device information as part of standard user session tracking. This data helps support security, audit logging, and contextual awareness for compliance and operational purposes.
Where to Find This Information
Geolocation and device information can be accessed from the Entity Profile. Navigate to the Entity Information section, expand the panel, and scroll down to the History tab. The metadata for each login session will be listed there, along with a visual map.
Data Captured
When a user accesses the portal, the following geolocation and device-specific information is recorded:

IP Address

OS Name and OS Version

Device ID, Device Type, Device Vendor, and Device Model

Browser Name, Browser Version, and Browser Type

City, State, Country, and Coordinates
Visual Map
Captured location data is displayed on a map within the platform interface to support review and analysis. This visual map helps platform users quickly assess where user sessions are originating from.
