This section enables the administrator to customize email template configurations for both Request Client Updates and Email A Link.
These email template settings are particularly useful if you intend to create multiple email templates for various portals.
This is the email clients and customers will receive if you request a client update within an entity in the platform.
To set up custom email templates for the Request Client Updates feature click the green Add Custom Email Template button under the RCU section.
Within the Portal dropdown, you have the choice to designate the portal where this template will be utilized. You can opt to employ this template across all portals or opt for a particular one.
**NOTE: Please take note that choosing "Apply to all Portals" will limit you to crafting only a single template in its entirety and will result in the removal of existing templates from the system.
We have provided you with an editable Email Subject and Email Message template, pre-filled for your convenience. It's important to note that the placeholders enclosed within brackets are designed to dynamically incorporate relevant information for each entity within the system.
If you prefer not to use the placeholders, you can delete them. To view a list of all the placeholders and what they represent, simply hover over the blue question mark.
The Clickable Link Text field is where the client or customer will click to open the page where they can provide the requested information.
To include a new support email in your message, simply complete the Support Email field.
Once all the fields are filled out remember to click Save. After the template is saved you can start using it in your RCU requests within an Entity profile.
This is the email that your clients and customers will get if they decide to complete their verification from a different device by selecting the "Email me a Link" option in the portal during verification.
To set up custom email templates for the Email A Link feature click the green Add Custom Email Template button under the Email A Link section.
Fill in the email template following the same steps mentioned in the RCU section above.
